Pros
The nicest collection of people I ever met, it seems that every single person is nice and social. Every one are always happy to help. High professional standard. In my group it is still well-balanced with work-life balance and the managers are focused on bringing the best out of you. The impact of the product is always nicely presented, so you also feel you are actually doing something meaningful and have an impact on the company.
Cons
The onboarding process is a bit overwhelming, but they are constantly working on improving it. I did hear that in some teams there is more stress and less work-life balance so maybe check with the team mates if you interview, but there are also internal mobility opportunities
