Pros
Employees are friendly(Not all of them but most of them). Can get an idea about ongoing products. Can be able to learn new technologies. Can work with multicultural employees and different countries employees.
Cons
The management team is not friendly. Sometimes the workload is way high but payments are way low. Have to work shift basis and need to cover the shift 24/7. No specific or particular region holiday leaves obtain.
