Good place to gain experience but not to make a career

- Good place to gain experience -Diverse team across US SL and CANADA -No pressure and work freely -Hybrid work culture WFO and WFH
Cons
-The company does not recognize talented employees and retain them. The management only recognize a few people and promote them non-stop. There is no recognition for others. -No employee appreciation. HR promotes a hypocrite work culture under the disguise of promoting employee engagement culture. -CONS OF SL OFFICE- -Poor work atmosphere. Extremely poor office arrangements. Untidy, Dusty, No A/C, Troublesome internet connectivity -The Office has a dining table in the board room with dining chairs to have meetings -TOO MANY INTERNAL POLITICS. -No chance to be transparent with SL HR. It can get you fired. . -No career growth unless you are a a** licker -Less qualified people are holding big positions. Or holding positions that has no prior education/experience on the relevant field. -Pegging bonus is not given according to the current dollar rate
