- Most colleagues were very kind and communicative. - There's great working experience to be gained as a working student in backend, as you find yourself involved in almost the entire dev stack and more.

- Pay could be better - The tasks got a little less interesting sometimes, as most projects were assigned to full-time employees. But its understandable due to the unreliability of part-time employees when it comes to highly anticipated project deadlines.
