Pros
Good pay if you're really needing it. Cool work, I liked the atmosphere of building spirals by myself with very little interruptions, it was nice being able to listen to things on my phone while building. MOSTLY nice people, but you really have to dig deep for them
Cons
Clique type of environment, the people closest to management get raises over others who deserve it. Constantly feels like you're in competition with touch times, if you beat certain people in your touch time, they'll resent you forever but act fake to your face. Lots of gossip, microaggression and micromanagement. More than less of employees take 1 hour long 15min breaks, but if you go to the bathroom for too long they may have something to say or may count your bathroom breaks. They constantly add numbers onto your outs towards the end of week creating overtime. When you ask for overtime, don't be surprised if you get told no but see certain people be told yes. Management is the worst and very scared of change, and don't like being questioned about anything. Very little room to grow at this company. CEOs are very very rude.
