Its fun to help with the activites and work with some of the residents there, as they are all mostly very sweet people who just want to have some fun with what theyre given.
Cons
it sometimes seems like some of the residents are unhappy there but that can be due to things that are out of the companies control.
Pretty much you are alone on an island out in the field but when management is needed they are nowhere to be found.
