Pros

Most of the people are pretty nice, it's fully remote (so that helps with work-life flexibility), compensation is decent, nice social media

Cons

The higher ups do not care about the longevity of employees or outside partners. Internally and externally they have a very 'hire fast fire fast' mentality. They are focused on quantity over quality in terms of products. Communication is very poor - expectations are unclear, direction changes without any notice, multiple people are assigned the same tasks without any knowledge of it causing friction and confusion among team members. 90% of work is done through slack (which may be considered a pro for some, but I found it to be a bit chaotic in terms of decision making and having to scroll between so many different channels to find info)

Pros

- Fully remote, allows flexibility in that sense - Friendly team members - Passionate about their vision for sustainability

Cons

- Does not know how to relay feedback in an efficient way - Would receive messages about my performance after working hours - Would have me work during the weekends, checking social media platforms and would not financially compensate me for those hours

Pros

- The people and culture are nice, and very welcoming even if everything's via video calls and Slack

Cons

- They hear you but they don't listen - Things can get repetitive internally and no room for growth artistically - Barely gives you a proper raise
