      One of the best companies I've ever worked for

      Pros

      - Exciting being part of a fast-growing company with sustainability values at its core. Great company culture, far better than most companies I've been with. - Managers are very supportive. - I worked with some of the brightest minds. - Remote work setup but without feeling too isolated given the many team activities organised by HR.

      Given its fast-growth nature, changes happened a little too frequently.

      Pros

      Most of the people are pretty nice, it's fully remote (so that helps with work-life flexibility), compensation is decent, nice social media

      Cons

      The higher ups do not care about the longevity of employees or outside partners. Internally and externally they have a very 'hire fast fire fast' mentality. They are focused on quantity over quality in terms of products. Communication is very poor - expectations are unclear, direction changes without any notice, multiple people are assigned the same tasks without any knowledge of it causing friction and confusion among team members. 90% of work is done through slack (which may be considered a pro for some, but I found it to be a bit chaotic in terms of decision making and having to scroll between so many different channels to find info)

      Swings in directions, unclear feedback, 3-4 rounds of sudden restructures within a year, chaotic decisions and lack of accountability
