Working at nsave has been a very positive experience so far. The team is supportive, collaborative, and made up of talented people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. There is a strong sense of trust and ownership in the work employees do, and individuals are encouraged to take initiative and contribute ideas. The company culture feels friendly and respectful, and colleagues are approachable and helpful. The mission of the company is also meaningful, which makes the work feel impactful and rewarding. It’s a great place to learn, develop new skills, and grow while being surrounded by motivated teammates who care about doing good work together.

As with many growing companies, things can sometimes move quickly and priorities may occasionally shift. This can require flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in processes or focus areas. However, this is also part of the nature of a fast-growing environment and can create opportunities to learn new things and take on different responsibilities.

1. The company culture lacks structure and clear leadership. There is little team spirit, and collaboration between teams is weak, leading to frequent misalignment. For example, marketing communications may not match what the customer service team communicates, which creates confusion for users. 2. Management often justifies issues by saying the company is still new and learning. While that can be understandable to a degree, it should not come at the expense of basic leadership responsibilities such as listening to employee concerns and providing direction. 3. Work-life balance is also a concern, with long overtime hours being common. Additionally, after a negative review was posted, employees were encouraged to submit positive reviews, which raises concerns about transparency and honesty.
