Pros
At this point in time I can't think of a pro to work there today. Maybe some discounts at Accor Hotels? Here's a teaser: at the rate people in the company are paid right now, they can't afford to stay in an Accor Hotel even with the insulting discount.
Cons
- Senior leadership team is a circus. There is zero concern about employee morale and people are viewed very much so as disposable and replaceable. From the new CEO (whose pompous, very arrogant attitude has pushed put all of the talent from all teams) all the way through the 12 C-Level members. These people very obviously made their money with the recent acquisitions and just do. not. care. - The company will not be around in a years time. They have no idea how they plan to expand, they've not only burned bridges with the senior leadership that made it a great place to work (they pushed EVERYONE out), but also with major players and potential partners in the industry. - The business model does not work. - Stardust doesn't mean anything.
