This is a fast past environment. I have worked for the company over 7 years and counting. I have had the opportunity to work on the coolest projects and collaborate with some very talented teammates. The owner is extremely talented and is willing to train his team and share his vast knowledge on how to fabricate the most magical things. I have received merit increases each year during the annual review process and the benefits are amazing.

Team members that do not want to contribute to the success of the team. Throughout my 7 years, I have witnessed employees that come in and do not want to work. They complain and try to stir up drama with the existing staff. Thankfully management is very good at sitting down and addressing performance issues so that these individuals do not have a lasting impact on the team.

Very low pay compared to industry standards Long hours with no regard for work-life balance Minimal benefits, limited PTO, and no real perks Raises and growth opportunities are rare Extremely high turnover Most importantly: a toxic work culture fostered by ownership and management This company may provide you with initial industry exposure, but it comes at a cost. If you value your mental and emotional well-being, proceed with caution. Know your boundaries, and have a clear exit plan once you’ve gained the experience you need.
