      Pros

      rater8 overall has a good culture. I enjoy the work-life balance and ability to work remotely. It seems rater8 does a great job of promoting within and creating opportunities.

      Cons

      Not many cons of working here. Sometimes there are quick changes which is to be expected.

      Pros

      Fully remote work with unlimited PTO, great product, managers who care about their teams, a fun annual offsite, and lots of opportunities for career growth. I've been promoted several times since starting and every month it seems like lots of my peers are getting similar recognition. We are now going to get a work from home stipend which will be very helpful if my laptop dies! Management is ok if you take time to live and work from anywhere which is really flexible.

      Cons

      I wish I got to see my team more but that's the downside of working from home. Benefits are reasonable but nothing over the top.
