      Pros

      FULLY REMOTE Competitive Pay Opportunity to grow Amazing coworkers Leadership is open to change and bettering the company Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      They don't provide work equipment for you, nor a "stipend" for things such as phone bill/internet bill etc. It's a smaller company so the insurance is pretty outrageous if you are paying for more than yourself. I don't refer my friends who have a family for this reason.

      Pros

      Fully remote work with unlimited PTO, great product, managers who care about their teams, a fun annual offsite, and lots of opportunities for career growth. I've been promoted several times since starting and every month it seems like lots of my peers are getting similar recognition. We are now going to get a work from home stipend which will be very helpful if my laptop dies! Management is ok if you take time to live and work from anywhere which is really flexible.

      Cons

      I wish I got to see my team more but that's the downside of working from home. Benefits are reasonable but nothing over the top.
