      rater8 has been an great place to grow my career. The middle managers, directors, and peers I’ve worked with have been amazing — supportive, sharp, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. CEO cares deeply about the company, clients, and always pushes to stay ahead of the game. Plus, rater8 is a great product to sell — customers love it, and the team is full of smart, driven people.

      No major cons — just the usual challenges that come with evolving start-up

      Pros

      Fully remote work with unlimited PTO, great product, managers who care about their teams, a fun annual offsite, and lots of opportunities for career growth. I've been promoted several times since starting and every month it seems like lots of my peers are getting similar recognition. We are now going to get a work from home stipend which will be very helpful if my laptop dies! Management is ok if you take time to live and work from anywhere which is really flexible.

      Cons

      I wish I got to see my team more but that's the downside of working from home. Benefits are reasonable but nothing over the top.
