Pros
Not many pros. Maybe other employees but the virtual workplace that is still being encouraged is detrimental to building relationships. I see other companies shifting back to mandatory in office and I think we need that also.
Cons
Many of the more recent reviews are pretty accurate. Keywords like toxic, or over worked and stressed are synonymous with rbb. If those 2 areas are focused on and worked on from the inside out, a lot of great change would happen here. Partners, like other recent reviewers have said, sit pretty at the top and often bark orders and swirl in their own too detailed feedback to minor things. It halts progress and it drops morale. That's why the company is still hemorrhaging talent - fix leadership and Partners poor management "skills" and we can stop losing great people, and maybe win better business. I could go into how stressed everyone is and how overworked we all are, but it's not worth it because a plethora of reviews already state that.
