      Pros

      I've been with STEC for 1.5 years and continue to be challenged and given new opportunities. My projects are meaningful and help move our technology forward. I have full access to all of the tools and people I need to get my job done. My manager listens and removes any potential roadblocks.

      Cons

      A few of my colleagues are disgruntled. They seem stuck in the past and I don't get it. We're designing new technology so what's with this ancient history? Maybe its time for them to move on.

      Pros

      The senior executive staff are all fantastic - some of the best bosses I have ever had. The CEO especially knows what he is talking about. He may not always say it the nicest way, but who cares - he is right! The products are great, executive and senior management are top notch, and there is a lot of opportunity here

      Cons

      hard to think of any - I guess the stock isn't doing so well, and maybe some of the procedures that the Malaysia facility use are different which can be confusing when we get their spreadsheets and reports.
