Being a small company communication with other teams was not a problem and the system to get approvals for things was fast Salary is on par with the industry but average benefits
Cons
No investment in people or business. Lack of vision for products causes products to be below par and delayed to market Lack of technically competent people. There is a sense of insecurity about the future of the company which is causing the few competent people to leave Internal politics stop things from getting done on time. It is strange that for a small company like this and the position it is in there is such a lack of coordination among teams Lack of respect for subordinates
