Pros
Room to learn and grow, friendly management that supports you in your learning and growth path. Colleagues are nice and cooperative. Many projects so as a consultant you can be busy and billable with good sales and marketing team. Compensation and benefits are good.
Cons
Feel like management only talks about the good things but all of a sudden I realize that there was a round of layoffs and nobody knew about?! A few of our colleagues disappear and then we know they left the company, no goodbye email or even FYI communication which was very weird honestly and we never get to know why or what happened or if they simply resigned! It is concerning
