Pros

salary was okey, some perks

Cons

did you know that they had 2 massive layoffs during the last years? yeah, that's pretty much how they handle everything internally and externally, just a lot of shush shush stay quiet as if nothing happened in order to keep the partners happy, they don't care about people, not even one "we are sorry" owning what they did to hundred of workers in any network to address this. Working inside is exactly the same, either you do whatever the owner says or you're a target and your work is completely dismissed and even attacked, everything is done to get more money with a crappy product that keeps over promising and not delivering. No transparency at all, decisions and projects just change or get shut down overnight probably because someone in management had a weird dream and that's it. nothing is based on data or structured findings.

Pros

Scoutbee is an inspiring, innovative and very positive company to work for. The entire team works in a very collaborative and supportive way, allowing for a safe and motivating work environment. The product development team are some of the best I have worked with; the product constantly matures and continues to be a pioneering value-add solution for the market.

Cons

If you are not up for working hard, then Scoutbee isn't the place for you. The only (slightly) downside to working here is that there is so much work and not enough people! A good problem to have, but doesn't play too well into the work/life balance

Pros

Company is young, people running the company are very bright, talented entrepreneurs honed in onto a target in sight. Company has a very bright future ahead of it.

Cons

As with any new organizations, some kinks and adjustments are needed, but nothing serious and nothing that won't be fixed in the short-term.
