Pros

salary was okey, some perks

Cons

did you know that they had 2 massive layoffs during the last years? yeah, that's pretty much how they handle everything internally and externally, just a lot of shush shush stay quiet as if nothing happened in order to keep the partners happy, they don't care about people, not even one "we are sorry" owning what they did to hundred of workers in any network to address this. Working inside is exactly the same, either you do whatever the owner says or you're a target and your work is completely dismissed and even attacked, everything is done to get more money with a crappy product that keeps over promising and not delivering. No transparency at all, decisions and projects just change or get shut down overnight probably because someone in management had a weird dream and that's it. nothing is based on data or structured findings.

Pros

The idea behind Scoutbee is great. I really believed it can change Supply Chain's world. On top, most of the colleague are nice.

Cons

Company's culture went south, likely in March/April when the Co-CEO and CTO/Product officer left. From that moment, the company's vision disappeared, people are taking decisions mostly for personal advantage rather than company-wise interest, there is a lot of bully and censorship if you disagree with management, entire company functions were removed with no official communication from leadership, rather they covered up with absurd stories, there is massive focus on selling the product rather than making it functional.

Nice workspaces in Berlin and Wuerzburg. Some great, hardworking, and motivated employees.

Cons

Dysfunctional management team: Zero transparency, lack of communication/miscommunication Lots of ego and office politics No behavior-consequence strategy Lack of clear values No collaboration or agile working Micromanagement/ Because I said so mentality from management and leads High turn-over The general feeling you get is that you're lucky to have a job
