Pros

sterkly is the best company that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. sterkly encourages its employees to problem solve and work both independently and as a team on interesting projects. Employees have a great deal of autonomy (it is so nice to not be micromanaged!) and sterkly makes its employees feel important. sterkly also provides amazing benefits such as unlimited snacks (employees get to request snacks!), catered daily lunches, dinner if you work late, unlimited beverages, two yoga classes at a yoga studio per week, a fun monthly company activity (such as laser tag, go carting, paint night at a studio, or ice cream socials), health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401k contribution (not match, straight contribution regardless of whether you place money in your 401k), a smart phone, 18 holidays, and unlimited vacation time!

Cons

I honestly don't have any, because sterkly is everything I have ever dreamt of in a job.

Pros

- A REAL open door culture where feedback is genuinely valued- the good and the bad. - The team. Intelligent, quirky, fun, industry leaders who collaborate and enjoy each others company. - The benefits rival the largest of companies. 100% paid for the whole family. - The freedom to do my job without bureaucracy. - The work is fun, challenging and allows me to grow personally and professionally in my role.

Cons

Yes, there have been two layoffs in the last 4 years, but nothing more than an average company in our space, and definitely not 80% of the company (either time). No two days are the same at sterkly, so if you're not up for that, it may not be the place for you.
