- sterkly culture, - the team is simply amazing, everyone supports each other - challenging work environment - high level of autonomy and responsibility - salary - ping pong table, free lunches twice a week, well stuffed company kitchen, yoga lessons twice a week, crossfit training twice a week, relaxation room, pool table, free car washes, parties, team outings, free private cell phone and much more

Pros
A very collaborative and challenging work environment, it never gets boring here. There is a very low amount of competition among colleagues, if feels like everybody assists each other to succeed.
Cons
I am flabbergasted about the people who complain about this company and then decide to stay, because salary, benefits and perks are great.
