The company values show through every person who works at the plant and every part that leaves the facility. The company provides growth opportunities and is a learning environment. -The new machinery poses many challenges to those that work on the lines. -While there are many growth opportunities, there are people who gain experience, then leave for more pay. -Promotions during odd times of the year may leave some with no pay increase for over a year.
