First off, we make an AWESOME product! The Hamilton plant has changed so much through the planning of management, and the awesome people who stuck and stayed through the growth and the new people who bring fresh ideas. The company values show through every person who works at the plant and every part that leaves the facility. The company provides growth opportunities and is a learning environment. The support systems that are provided for career and life are top notch!

Cons

-The new machinery poses many challenges to those that work on the lines. -While there are many growth opportunities, there are people who gain experience, then leave for more pay. -Promotions during odd times of the year may leave some with no pay increase for over a year.
