Pros

You learn many many things as you are forced to learn everything on your own.

Cons

No respect for working hours, Training on weekends not paid, overtime not paid and not rewarded, we used to pay 3 Euros when we were late (Call center department) Team leader unable or not in the position to help, fake family environment, not clear career process, Inferiority complex well distributed in the managment positions and no empathy, hierarchist and not respectful attitude of superiors in any situation, People in higher position not knowing procedures of job and not able to handle stress, profit oriented company ad not customer oriented and putting all the blames on Agents, Managment never taking responsibility, Isolating people that doesen't follow blindly company events and procedures

Pros

- Good salary, much better than the average. - Modern offices - Fruit, as-much-as-you-can-drink coffee, pool table, gym with yoga and zumba classes and trainer. - Young, energetic colleagues.

Cons

- Too much politics play for such a young workforce, everyone just keeps promoting their own goals disregarding the big picture. - No policies on how the dev dpt should work, still acting like a startup when it's not. - No sense of responsibility/accountability on all levels. - Incompetent C-level management. - Dev dpt has been reduced to the developer's playground. A bunch of children screaming for their toy.
