u2i is not an average software house. u2i is made of professional consultants who can work together with clients on developing their business, making sure the tech side of the project is sharp and processes around move smoothly. I personally really value the close collaboration with the clients and the possibility of changing one's development path depending on their skills and preferences. Simply, in u2i you do what you like doing with a proper dose of challenge included. Upon that, u2i has a great work culture - transparency, employee-ownership and participatory decision making. PS. And probably the best social coverage in Kraków, e.g. free meals, English classes and 100% conference support.
Cons
u2i is investing in long-term relationships so it may be hard to quickly change the project to work on.
