Cons
-Lack of communication across executives. Arguing is especially common with the CEO. Luckily, she is never in the office anymore since her new baby. But she has no vision for the company (it's all over the place with what she wants). She seems to not care where the startup ends up in the future. The CEO is notorious in the office for being hard to work with. She is unapproachable and closed off and never shows appreciation for employees or interns that do a good job in the office.
Also, if you aren't Chinese it's difficult to make acquaintances with people in the office. Most aren't fluent in English or English isn't their first language. You will feel extremely left out if you aren't Chinese. Work environment could be significantly better.
