      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn to interact with very emotional CEO who almost cannot reason logically.

      Cons

      Company is very unorganized. CTO is not knowledgeable. CEO cannot run the company and yells at everyone.

      Extremely low salary Bad office environments and management CEO and CTO are couple and no advice can be given. They decide everything.

      Our salaries commensurate with the marketplace based on a company of our size, industry, and revenues, as well as employees’ skills, qualifications and experience. If an employee has an issue with their salary, we do have an open-door policy to discuss concerns. It is not clear why a former employee who never raised this concern with us directly would choose to post it here, but we remain receptive to feedback about this and other issues that can be resolved through direct conversation.

      Very close to the San Jose airport

      Cons

      Maybe a good place for the American or non-Chinese employee because they get better treatment. Regularly have to work overtime past midnight, weekends and holidays. They only care about how many hours you are in the office. The CEO and CTO don't know anything about managing projects, products or people. But if you stay in the office every day as long as possible you can survive.

      We are not sure why this former employee believes that American or non-Chinese employees would receive better treatment since the founders of the company are Chinese. We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin or ethnicity. We are a technology start-up company, and like most companies, we expect and reward hard work and results.
