Pros

Very cool CEO- He personally takes interest in everyone's individual thought process, and talks like a family member. Displays no pressure of results etc. Gets involved in weekly meetings. Best Sales Mentor- I think there is no one in India other than Sandeep, with such a great knowledge of Sales. I had world-class training under him, and he is just a ping away, whenever you need anything. Awesome team members- great collaborative culture. Great HR team- The entire team is so proactive, tries to understand your emotions almost every month, and is so supportive.

Cons

Since India's function is new so maybe- 1. A Holiday List 2. Team meetups 3. More Work From Home set-up like a desk, Internet bill, Allowncases, PF, etc will add more stars to the position. 4. Bi-Monthly re-calibration of targets as per the overall teams performance may keep people more motivated
