Demanding position - Assistant General Manager wagamama Employee Review

wagamama has a head office with loads of departments but as a manager you have to do everything, from recruitment, training, dealing with complaints, disciplinary actions, while running the shift. There is no support from outside the restaurant but they will pressure to deliver the most impossible targets. The pay is not compatible with competition, they expect high standards with minimum pay staff, which makes the management team exhausted and stressed. General managers act like they are above law and policies and no one does anything about it. The peer pressure to post on Facebook page for wagamama employees (noodlenation) where everyone post is the same pretentious story that everyone is happy in that place every day, trust me they are not. Pay the waiters better.
