      minimal interference from management, allowed to work by yourself and reap rewards

      Cons

      commission structure is harsh, sometimes out of your control, no real support from management, have to work in whatever conditions, whether it is freezing cold or boiling hot, with no assistance (heating/ac/water available etc)
