-The company is scaling fast and by joining early I have been able to develop new skills and gain experience across multiple sectors in record time. -what3words offers those with ambition a place to thrive and doesn't put people in a box based on their title/position in the company, which is what I have had done to me and seen done in large corporate organisations. -The teams are great, full of bright and passionate people -New office is really slick -We are well on our way to changing the way the world talks about location - and that is amazing to be a part of
Cons
Working and traveling a lot (depending on your role) so be prepared! I love the mission and people I work with so it works for me, but it wouldn't work for everyone.
