Enjoyable coworkers but top-down management stifles vision

I truly enjoy working with the people around me.

Cons

a very top down structure. push to AI it feels like a desperate move to find something that can bring value, and it's all driven by CEO, and no one in the company believes in the vision, yet has to go along with it.

The company culture is really friendly and supportive.

Cons

BD is a bit chaotic - slightly changing priorities / confusing directives - but largely due to particular difficulties of the time I was there I think.
