Micromanagement at its best. You shouldn't have a personality here. They expect robotic worl and personality. The entry process doesn't exist, they expect you to know all of they're processes without talking. Communication is seen as a bad thing, as waste of time. They don't give you feedback, they just suddenly fire you. One of the bosses belittles the workers job in subtle ways, so that the seniors resign after years of work. My teammate gave me wrong feedback and gave me too much work when it was near the deadline. She did more than one time and caused me trouble with the bosses. She didn't give me tasks, even when I asked for them and caused me trouble at work.
