Pros
XYMatic has a great team and office location. The team is extremely motivated and open minded. I was impressed on more than one occasion when product immediately changed when presented with a better approach. The product manager was previously a developer and is a pleasure to work with. The team is extremely good at what they do and there are many opportunities to learn new skills.
Cons
I worked during a prototyping phase of the project which came with a few cons. The rate of development was extreme and as a result there was very little code ownership. The work was demanding with long hours.
