      They have a very liberal dress policy and dressing casual for work is a nice option.

      Cons

      Bad management, no consistency in policy or procedures, lots of turnover, bad pay, immature and drama oriented coworkers...

      Pros

      Tech department, led by Brent Wettengel, was wonderful. Working alongside bright colleagues such as Adam Lawler and Mike Swann to name a few, we moved mountains at EBI.

      Cons

      Benefits and pay were subpar, but the colleagues made up for it.
