Pros

Great working environment, supportive team mates, fun team night activities, teach you to step out of your comfort zone talking to people

Cons

Just search "The Devil Corp" then you know what this company's all about. No basic, no EPF, no SOCSO, fully commission based. Direct selling job. Ask for donation from public for NGOs which is suspicious already. Working under sun everyday (high risk skin cancer). During MCO cannot go out cannot do sales but still need to join ridiculous amount of conference calls and don't get pay one cent. Unrealistic and excessive positivism. Must admire and brown nose to bosses even when they make inappropriate jokes. End up spend time with people in the company more than family and friends because they are "the right people". This is MLM company disguised as "entrepreneurship" if not why they so aggressive recruiting people. People don't stay here long so they always find more salespeople. If you interested with direct selling and you think you can join 0.001% people that can achieve "financial freedom' with suspicious money, go ahead apply. If you want your skills to be properly rewarded, live in the real world and don't want to get brainwashed, walk away and find other job.

Pros

- Supportive team members - Fast pace environment

Cons

Absolutely terrible experience. For students thinking of interning here, please think twice. This place offers no basic salary, no EPF, no SOCSO.. it’s 100% commission-based. Imagine being an intern, going to the office at 9am, then walking on the streets for 5+ hours under the sun just to beg people for donations. After all that, you’re still expected to go back to the office for “extra knowledge” sessions…. and sometimes, they even pressure you to attend every single one. You’ll be told this is all part of “hard work” and “self-growth,” but in reality, it’s pure manipulation to make you work harder for their MSF. They also make you work on public holidays, and six days a week is considered normal. Miss your target? Then get ready to work extra hours. Honestly, this is not an internship.. it’s free labor disguised as “training.” Walking the streets, begging strangers for money, all while being brainwashed into thinking it’s a good opportunity. Crazy and unethical.

Pros

They run workshops and training that really help the team grow. • No one judges you — they genuinely want to help you get better, and I’ve learned a lot because of that.

Cons

Might not be the best fit if you’re just looking for that chill 9-to-5 kind of job. • If career growth isn’t something you’re focused on right now, the pace might feel a bit much.
