      Pros

      In House leadership in the Blandon office is the best I have worked for. The Operations Manager gets it. He is in the field shoulder to shoulder understanding the issues we face.

      As 3rd party techs pay is lower than if we worked for the manufacturer

      Pros

      This is for you. Gather the perks for hotel stays, rental cars, and fights. This job will keep you away from home most times. Pay is pretty good. Jack of all trades/master of not much kinda job

      Cons

      Training is not good. Cameras in the company vehicles looking both ways and they talk. 40 cents per mile and youre on the hook for the first 30 miles if you use your own car. EXTENSIVE driving (do the math)

      Best Clinical Job I’ve had So Far

      Pros

      Flexibility. Manager Debra is great. They acknowledge when you do a great job. Great way to step into a non bedside role.

      Cons

      No PTO. Pay is not the best but can be lucrative if you put in the work. Weekly travel if it’s your only full time job.
