Pros
Brilliant product. Can do wonders for cancer patients.
Cons
Wrong focus, micro management, priorities not defined. No structure and heirarchy. Few fight over petty issues. Inexperienced hiring staff. Investing in wrong individuals. People spending more then 10 years are ruining the company

Complete lack of direction Extremely diffuse borders between roles Extremely hostile work environment from upper management Questionable business ethics and decisions due to management not listening to staff Core decisions made arbitrarily
