Brilliant product. Can do wonders for cancer patients.
Cons
Wrong focus, micro management, priorities not defined. No structure and heirarchy. Few fight over petty issues. Inexperienced hiring staff. Investing in wrong individuals. People spending more then 10 years are ruining the company

Fantastic hardworking team in manufacturing, unique product, lots of research and development
Cons
Ageing equipment, lack of maintenance, not much in way of training, needs a lot of process development, lack of direction and delegation of work, some departments are overworked others not. Knowledge highly centralised. Rules and goals change very quickly.
