Awful work life balance, no company culture, everyone always on tenterhooks, stressful, managers who cannot manage. Dread coming to work on Monday

This is the most horrific toxic experience of a workplace you could imagine. Only those that blow their own trumpets or are the bosses ahem best mate survive here. All the good diligent hard working people are silenced so as to ensure the friends of the boss can elevate his position, you also get a senior member of management boasting about a £4000 bike as he goes onto speak about redundancies with his smug lackeys sitting in the background knowing they won't have to face redundancy. Any individual who challenged said snior members of management funnily enough has now been made redundant. Do not take a job here they will promise you the world and then run roughshod over you. Again I repeat this a narcissistic sociopathic company that treats its employees as an inconvenience. Do not take a job here if you value you you're wellbeing.
