I don't think Encision will ever get their act together

Pros

Some really nice folks work there. Flexible hours. The product concept is awesome and truly saves lives, but Encision has never had the leadership required to make a product successful in the market.

Cons

Greg Trudel the CEO does not listen to advice from employees or managers. He feels threatened and acts like a bully towards anyone who disagrees. He is running the company down a path of destruction with his misguided ideas. Greg never attends any project meeting and is rarely in the office so he has no idea of what is really going on in his company or what issues the company faces. The rest of management is spineless or clueless and won't confront or challenge their intimidating leader. Think Donald Trump and his administration of cowards. Company is really strapped for cash, and it shows in everything they try to do. No one is attempting to fix chronic problems. Workers are just treading water trying to get their jobs done with few resources. Turnover is high. Talent does not stay for long. Low morale, trickling down from the top. Toxic environment, with no one steering the ship in the right direction and no clear agreement on priorities. Projects don't get done on time because there are no resources or money available.
