Some great people at the 'doing' level. Discounts on products.

Cons

Communication has been terrible since new management took over. Enforcing a return to office mandate after remote hiring for 6 years. No communication of details on how this will work, causing huge stress to current teams. Promotions are being given to friends rather than people with the required skill sets.

A once great place to work with a great culture has been ruined by the new CEO and CTO Toxic environment Project Managers no longer respected for their knowledge and expertise and treated only as a paper pusher Suffocating NSW Gov level governance without NSW gov level resourced project teams, leading to PMs drowning in paperwork resulting in very very long hours with zero appreciation. Project management scheduling tool is not fit for purpose and was rolled out with no PM consultation as to requirements Constant change and restructure, no one is safe. AVOID

Went from fully remote, to two and then to three days onsite.
