The account managers are a great group of people. I have made some lifelong friends from this place.
Cons
Terrible insurance and no 401k match. More management than employees.

Pros
Ownership has a drive for growth and an eye on what is new in the ever changing eCom world. While some companies take month or years to implement change, the fact that there is an owner/operator works to the benefit of change. As one with an entrepreneurial nature, this works well for me.
Cons
For someone accustomed to a rigid structure in your role, this may not be the best fit.

- Strong senior leadership! I highly respect the CEO/Owner, the President, & the Director of Sales. They frequently engage with the Account Management team and know when to provide insight & teach, but also know when to step back and let us do the the jobs we were hired to do. Each has an open door policy & they stick by it. - Team Cohesiveness: The AM team is a tight-knit but welcoming group; always down to help each other out and ask/answer questions. - Hybrid / WFH flexibility: Love having the ability to choose whether or not I want to WFH or come into the office.
Cons
I don't view this as a negative (some might), but with Endygo growing & changing, one can find themselves wearing many hats.
