Energus has a strong focus on developing early-career engineers through structured training and support and the opportunity you get for exposure within the nuclear industry is next to none.
Cons
One challenge I found was that, as a sponsored engineer, it could sometimes feel like managing two separate employers, Energus and the placement organisation. Each has its own expectations, processes, and priorities, so it requires good communication and organisation to meet both effectively.
