      Money was good and there was some organization.

      Cons

      They were cons. They were price gouging. I still have angry customers calling me saying that their equipment is not working.

      Pros

      The team of hard workers making a difference! We are all working toward one goal. Plenty of room for advancement.

      Cons

      When clients forget our appointments, that can slow down progress. Gotta keep moving forward. Other than this, you get out of it what you put in. Effort here never equals zero!

      Pros

      The environment at ECS Solar is very relaxed although still professional. Training is thorough and there's a large opportunity to advance in the company.

      Cons

      Really no downsides. You get out what you put in. If you're consistent and have a strong work ethic you WILL succeed.
