      Company is huge on safety, which is excellent. Small enough business that you really get to know people and build relationships

      The team is very lean so you get exposed to a lot. Despite the big company, you do get to know most people across the business. Amazing end of trip facilities in Brisbane.

      Cons

      Accountants have to work at the start of the new year due to the 31 Dec balance date. Minimal career growth unless someone leaves.
