Pros

Nothing positive to report, everything is negative.

Cons

Terrible Company, Terrible Management, Terrible Employees. Company is based on lies, false promises, they make you do tasks that are not related to your job, such as making coffee, finding tickets for shows, finding groomers..........Something new every day. They fore people left and right, its always the others that are wrong, never management. They hire subcontractors vs employees to get away with murder, they do not pay them correctly either.

Pros

The production office has a pretty laid back atmosphere for the most part. Unless an owner is in. Then it's hectic and stressful with lots of yelling.

Cons

Company is ripping people off. You're not trained properly and set up for failure. Procedures are archaic and cause delays and everything is blamed on the PCs, even when you can prove you did exactly what you were told to do. Upper management and owners think it's ok to scream and cuss at you. They will make false promises of raises and bonuses that never happen just to keep you there hoping.
