Thank you for your feedback. We are a small company at heart, family-owned has always been the case at EWN and we pride ourselves on that fact. Our company has continued to climb in both reputation and success over the years. Our CEO is a vital part of our success and continues to strive, just like our company, to 'be better'. EWN is built on constructive criticism and transparency and as with all reviews, we will use it to help mold our culture.

Pros

Free health insurance for self and dependents

Cons

management can be difficult if you aren't a favorite, lots of nepotism and relatives are often treated differently, pay is not great if you aren't in IT or sales, no room to advance if you are not a relative of an executive

Thank you for your recent feedback. Energy Worldnet is a family-owned business, and although we have family members on staff, we follow a rigorous interview and vetting process prior to hiring. Here at Energy Worldnet, we base our salaries on industry standards, and take into account geographic region as well, when determining the pay scale for each position. Again, thank you for your feedback – per our commitment to continuous improvement, we will bring this information to our team for consideration.

Pros

* Business continues to grow financially each year * Lower-level development decisions are unhindered by red tape from management as I have typically found in other companies * High retention rate in Engineering due to team dynamics and quality of life * Competitive pay and benefits for a small company * Up-to-date software tools and cutting edge technology * Remote work option

Cons

* Lacks the structure and resources of a larger company, including but not limited to: Formal onboarding/training process, QA testers, UX designers, full business requirements documentation * Recent low retention rate in other departments due to management decisions * Office location reduces potential candidate pool
