One of worse lala company to work. They don’t treat & respect employees as human. This company has good experience in spoiling carrier of lots of candidates. They will commit lot many good things with you at the time of joining & will respect you too but once you join them, you will start facing unprofessionalism & abusive behavior of top management specially Mr. Kawinder Khurana & Mr. Rohit Suri. Top most reasons not to join & work with this company are 1, They are addicted to use abusive language towards their employees. 2, In this lala company, there is totally unprofessionalism in every aspects of areas. 3, Company rules & regulations are not followed here. 4, Also there products are defective & deficient. 5, They are selling products on very high price & with very poor quality. 6, Most important: They pay salary by their own wish & if you question them, you will be terminated on same day without any reason & your salary will not be paid at all. 7, I personally know around 25 ex employees of this lala company who have filed salary recovery case against them in labour court. 8, Also I know around 20 investors, those who had invested money on this company & got cheated by Mr. Kawinder Khurana & Mr. Rohit Suri. These investors have also filed case against this lala company for cheating & to recover there money. In short Mr. Kawinder Khurana & Mr. Rohit Suri are hooligans & cheaters, running fraud lala company to exploit their employees & investors.
